Avoid wrapping the shoes in plastic bags. Plastic bags aren’t suitable for climbing shoes, which require ventilation to prevent the materials inside from rotting.
Don’t send us carabiners or any other items you’re not sending for repair!
Please avoid using shoeboxes, as they’re not suitable for shipping and have a tendency to open.
Tyvek envelopes are a great option, and they can usually fit up to two pairs. If you have more than two pairs, we recommend sending the entire order in the box that works best for you. Only send one order per package.
Keep your tracking number. Once the shoes arrive, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance because we’re not responsible for packages that get lost when sent to us.
Avoid brown mailers from the Post Office. Consider newspaper as a filler instead of packing peanuts.
Write the order number below your return address on the package.
We will send you a confirmation email of the arrival of your package, and an estimated turn-around time, to the email address you entered online. If you don’t get one by the time your package has been delivered (based on your tracking info), give us a day or so. Sometimes we get a bit behind in opening packages. Also, please check your spam email account. If you still don’t hear anything, feel free to email us (best way to contact us). Or you can call us at 303-396-0532.
We ship orders using either USPS Priority or UPS (2-4 day) shipping. If your shoes don’t arrive within 14 business days of us shipping them out, you can email us to initiate a claim.
If the claim hasn’t been initiated within 30 days, we’ll no longer be liable for lost packages.
If the claim is approved, you’ll have two options: we can replace the shoes or issue a refund for the cost of the repairs. However, we won’t do both.
If you received an emailed invoice and your shipping address has changed, after paying the invoice, it will prompt you to confirm or update your address.
If you haven’t received an invoice, please email us your corrected shipping address. We can and do ship to various popular climbing destinations and overseas locations.
